SiteWise TTM Prequalification

SiteWise TTM Prequalification, launched on 17 August 2026, assesses TTM providers across four areas: TMP and risk-assessment capability, people and competency, plant and equipment, and assurance and evidence.
Most of what an assessor wants to see is the record of how you actually run jobs. If that record is already in TTM Control, it is quicker to pull together than a hunt through ring binders. Here is what it keeps for each area.
1. TMP and risk assessment
Your risk process, applied job after job
Your company HRC library holds your hazards, risks and control measures with inherent and residual risk codes, and every job's risk assessment is built from it. The approved TMP can be attached to each job, and on site the variation register records each change with a photo, GPS position and the STMS's signature. TSL records show where and when each limit went up and came down. The TMP Status board, an add-on, tracks each TMP's progress.
2. People and competency
Who was on site, and what they hold
Every site induction records each person's signature, role, CoPTTM or NZGTTM ID number and PPE check, so you can show who worked which job. With the licences and tickets add-on, each staff record holds their tickets with expiry dates and uploaded certificates, crew can load their own on the My Tickets page, a tickets PDF can be printed per person, and the office gets an alert before anything expires.
3. Plant and equipment
Vehicles checked and kept legal
The vehicle register tracks rego, WOF or COF, service due and RUC, with a nightly email when something falls due in the next three weeks. Pre-start truck check sheets are kept and update the register. The gear list records what you hold and what is booked out for each date.
4. Assurance and evidence
Records made at the time, not written up later
Checklist ticks carry the time they were done, monitoring checks are timed and signed, and each finished job becomes a PDF emailed to the office. The day review flags gaps such as unsigned inductions or open TSLs against the job.
Standalone forms cover HRC 009 quality assurance, near miss and accident reports, the TTM site condition audit, health and safety audits and inspection check sheets, each kept in your company's history.
